In order followings activities are always carried out:

 

FE modeling in operation and none of the entire machine. (Software                Strand7 & SAP2000)

          - Application of Load Cases (Case I, II, III)

- Create list of Load Case Combination (LCC).

- verification of bolted / welded joints and pinned joints. (Fatigue Analysis).

- verification of flanged components / with geometric interferences.

- Buckling analysis:

- calculation of the limit load of complex structures (peak load).

- verification of the instability of panels / membranes / profiles. (Acc. Eurocode 3)

- Frequency response:

- analysis of the natural frequencies of mechanical structures.

Seismic Analysis.

Final Report.

 

- Perform the 3D Project, using 3D model software Advance Steel & Autodesk Inventor.

 

- Create 2D manufacturing drawings, complete with Bill of Materials, Exploded View and Technical Manuals.
